A.L. Nandi Ltd. (the "Company”) provides technology to generate digitized information in real time on the status of livestock to improve productivity rates, environment and quality of life of the animals. 

The privacy and security of our customers, respondents and Visitors are of paramount importance. The Company is committed to protecting the data you share with us and operates according to all applicable laws, and the Israeli privacy protection law and regulations. This privacy policy explains how the Company processes information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual (“Personal Data”) collected through the use of its websites.

For the purposes of this policy, the Company defines the term “Visitor” as an individual that visits our front-end website (www.nandi.co.il ), including any landing page to which such Visitor may be redirected from any of our marketing campaigns, and where such Visitor may leave his/her contact details (hereinafter "Website"). The term "process" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in to all applicable laws, i.e., any operation carried out on Personal Data, including collection, organization, storage, alteration, use, erasure, etc. 

Any Personal Data collected by the Company is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. The Company implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft or disclosure. In the event that despite such efforts such event does occur, we shall act according to the requirements of the applicable law.

Visitors

The Company may collect, record and analyze information of Visitors to its Website. We may record your IP address [is this true?]. Furthermore, the Company may collect and process any Personal Data that you volunteer to us in our Website. 

Such Personal Data may comprise of your name, email address, phone number, company name, address, country, and function. [at this point you collect email addresses only, correct?]

The Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Company uses the collected data to provide said Visitors with technical and marketing information regarding its products and services, as well as any other information requested by such Visitor. The information shall be provided either directly, or through any of Company's distributors and/or representatives and/or agents in such Visitor's territory. 

The Sharing of Personal Data

The Company may also share such information with the Company's agent and/or distributor, as well as Company's sub-contractors in order to provide a requested service or transaction or for email automation services etc. The identity of such third parties may change according to the territory of the Visitor or from time to time., hHowever all engagements with such third parties are carried out according to the applicable law.

Geographical location

The Company's “Data Region” is a data center located within a defined geographical area where Visitor data is stored. Personal Data may be transmitted between Data Regions. For Visitors with registered addresses in the European Data Region, all Personal Data is stored in Wix

For Visitors whose  registered address is in the European Union, all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Company’s processing takes place in accordance with the GDPR. 

Company processes Personal Data as a Controller, as defined in the GDPR:

The Company processes data solely in its offices or its subcontractors' offices in Israel or through its distributors and/or agents in Visitor's territory, all in accordance with the legal requirements of the GDPR. The Company has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Visitor’s data in Company's possession. Company will promptly notify the Visitor in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the Visitor’s data.

Retention and Deletion

The Company will not retain Personal Data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. 

Acceptance of these Conditions

We assume that all Visitors of our website have carefully read this document prior to agreeing to the process by the Company of their Personal Data. Kindly note that any consent is entirely voluntary. If someone does not agree with this privacy policy, they should refrain from agreeing to the processing of data upon registration, however, some Company's services may then become unavailable, as the services provided by the Company require such processing of Personal Data. Your said consent to the process of Personal Data may be withdrawn by you at any time by delivering a written message to the Company's Data Protection Officer at Carolinaz@ainandi.net. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy as necessity dictates, upon suitable prior notice. This privacy policy is an integral part of Company’s terms of use.

Legal Obligation to Disclose Personal Information

We will reveal a Visitor’s Personal Data without his/her prior permission only when we have reason to believe that the disclosure of this information is required by law and/or for the protection.
